Wedding Planner Services |

Victoria Begault and event management team
may be retained as your event consultant at the rate of One
Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120) per hour for services, which
include but are not limited to, phone calls, face to face
meetings, wedding research and reception sites, travel time
to and from any and all appointments and the like.
Time will be kept track of in 15 minute intervals. Any
additional costs incurred to execute your request, such as
postage, etc will be reimbursable to Virginia Beach Wedding
Chapel. A $120 prepaid retainer is required for this
service.
In
addition, we will keep accurate records of all time spent on
phone calls and meetings made on your behalf. A
statement of such record keeping will be sent to your
attention at any time during the planning process. You
will also receive an informational report that will be
prepared based on research done on your behalf.
