weddings, we set up on the public
beach wherever the client wants, depending on access and

below reflect creating your dream ceremony site altar outdoors at
the oceanfront, bay side or at your beach house – we are
happy to create a custom package for you if your venue of
choice happens to be at a location without a beach, i.e., an
inland park, indoor venue or personal residence - our prices are subject to change
without notice due to market & economic conditions –
however, once you book with us, your price remains fixed,
especially for the following year – note: 5% VA Sales Tax
will be added.

PRE-CEREMONY:
Hotel or site images, the arrival of the bride and groom,
Officiant filling out your paperwork, groom portraits, groom
with family & groomsmen (if present), Groom waiting with the
Officiant for the Bride’s arrival, the moments before the
bride makes her entrance, candids of the guests waiting, the
bride, her family, attendants (if present) * you must meet
the photographer on site and all parties present at least
one half hour prior to ceremony start time to allow time for
these shots, especially if there are more than the couple
attending

CEREMONY:
the wedding processional (attendants, bride walk to altar),
candids of guests, your entire wedding ceremony includes
your exchange of vows and rings, the kiss, recessional and a
few couple only posed images that include the rings and
flowers

COUPLE’S WALK ON THE
BEACH & RINGS:
the photos will close with the couple’s walk on the beach
and rings detail photos.

Please note that all other intimate couple shots, family
portraits, bridal party portraits, etc. are NOT

your professionally edited and processed JPEG images on disk
(DVD) in a leatherette CD Rom album – Personal Use
Release included -- (number of images depends on
individuals in attendance and comfort level of those being
photographed). ALL images are posted to an online web
gallery to share the link with friends & family
for additional purchase of images or prints in different
sizes that can be mailed directly to you * This photo

Photography & Videography
Photography by Victoria is a combination style of
photojournalism and traditional documentary, capturing
YOUR DAY & your real emotions as they happen – there are
no second chances in wedding photography to freeze that
moment, when you say your wedding vows, exchanging of
your rings, that look on your parent’s face, your “first
kiss” and walking up the aisle as a newly married
couple!
All of our wedding photography includes a 60 day online
gallery of images so that you can share those moments
with your friends and family. Engagement and bridal
portraits, as well are uploaded for proofing if arranged
through our company. Our
typical package is for the budget conscious couple, who
prefer their images on disk and don’t want prints and
albums included (personal use release for reproduction
is always included with images on disk). We do offer
the purchase of prints directly from the online gallery,
and they can be shipped directly to you or your guests!
Beautiful Renaissance wedding albums using the slip in
print mat system OR custom designed press printed coffee
table books are available for separate purchase – please
see samples at Chapel. Victoria is happy to create for
you a custom designed music montage slideshow high
lighting your event – DVD format. *all images are
reviewed, color corrected, categorized, and sent to you
in JPEG format. All disk labels have a personalized
picture of the couple, comes in a leatherette CD case &
gift box.

hotel room – additional fees may apply if off ceremony
site travel required. Usually 300+ images - 2 hour
coverage.

inclusive package #3 PLUS 4 hour reception coverage,
DVD music montage slideshow after processing & photos
are uploaded online - Photographer selects 100 photos
highlighting your completed event to play on your TV - *includes 3
DVDs PLUS Engagement Session on location (1-2
hours) *ask about extras i.e., adding childhood photos,
in memory of, scanned into finished $150 additional.
This package typically ends up with 1,500 images
captured - and we will sort and process each image to a
reasonable number 900-1200 images that will categorized
into folders (i.e., get ready, pre-ceremony, ceremony,
candids, portraits, couple, details, reception)

Wedding Planner Services
Hourly Consultations
Victoria Begault and event management team may be
retained as your event consultant, which include but are
not limited to, phone calls, face to face meetings,
wedding research and reception sites, travel time to and
from any and all appointments and the like. Time will
be kept track of in 15 minute intervals. Any additional
costs incurred to execute your request, such as postage,
etc will be reimbursable to Virginia Beach Wedding
Chapel.
In
addition, we will keep accurate records of all time
spent on phone calls and meetings made on your behalf.
A statement of such record keeping will be sent to your
attention at any time during the planning process. You
will also receive an informational report that will be
prepared based on research done on your behalf.
$120 per hour
Day of Coordination
We also offer day of coordination for those brides who want to plan
their own wedding, but would like our experienced
wedding planner team to step in on the day of the
wedding to make sure everything runs smoothly! Most
importantly, so that the bride, her bridal party and her
family can enjoy the day and their most cherished
moments together without the worries! We welcome
creating a custom “day of coordination” package for
you! Fees typically start at $1,200.
Complete Wedding Planner Services
Need more than day of? Please inquire – full wedding
planning and coordination services start at $2,500 –
usually 6 to 12 months before the wedding. |
