Victoria Begault and event management team
may be retained as your event consultant for services, which
include but are not limited to, phone calls, face to face
meetings, wedding research and reception sites, travel time
to and from any and all appointments and the like.
Time will be kept track of in 15 minute intervals. Any
additional costs incurred to execute your request, such as
postage, etc will be reimbursable to Virginia Beach Wedding
Chapel. A prepaid retainer is required for this
service.
In
addition, we will keep accurate records of all time spent on
phone calls and meetings made on your behalf. A
statement of such record keeping will be sent to your
attention at any time during the planning process. You
will also receive an informational report that will be
prepared based on research done on your behalf.
Prices below
are based on the wedding taking place at a luxury hotel or
venue in the Hampton Roads area. Prices may vary according
to the scope of services needed, and guests invited to your
event.

Services Prior to Wedding Day
- Provide 10 hours of pre-planning
time
- One (1) face-to-face meeting, to
go over wedding details,
(i.e. design & décor, vendor duties,
time-line of activities, vendor
negotiations, etc.)
- Personalized Wedding website for
one year and online wedding
management tools, i.e. bridal
registry, photo gallery, online
RSVP, Blog, Event details, Wedding
photos online
- Create a comprehensive event
time schedule for vendors and
wedding party
- Unlimited recommendations and or
suggestions (i.e., creative ideas &
etiquette etc)
- Orchestrate your wedding
rehearsal and organize your wedding
party
- Distribute a shorten version of
the timing of events to your wedding
party
- Confirm contracts and timing of
events with all vendors
- Services on the Wedding Day
- Oversee all vendor commitments
and make sure they are fulfilled to
your standards
- Manage the timing of your events
with family wedding party and guests
- Provide lead planner for 8.5
hours & at least 2 assistants for
6 hours on wedding day
- Be your eyes and ears throughout
the day so you can relax and enjoy
the loving memories

transportation for you and your guests
- Create a comprehensive event time
schedule for vendors and wedding party
- Provide professional vendor referrals
- Create a personal wedding checklist, so
that nothing gets overwhelming and every
detail is accounted for
- Provide a detailed budget
- Unlimited recommendations and or
suggestions (i.e. creative ideas, budgeting,
etiquette, and the like)
- Assist with negotiations and selection
process of professional vendors
- Orchestrate your wedding rehearsal and
organize your wedding party
- Distribute a shortened version of the
timing of events to your wedding party
- Confirm contracts and timing of events
with all vendors
Services on your wedding day:
- Oversee vendor commitments
to ensure they are fulfilled to your standards
- Manage the timing of your events with
family wedding party and guests
- Provide two (2) additional wedding
coordinator assistants
- Be your eyes and ears throughout the day
so you can relax and enjoy the loving
memories
(1.5 hours on your rehearsal day
and 8.5 hours on your wedding day)
Exact pricing depends on:
- Number of Guests
- Location of ceremony & reception
- The number of months in advance that
services are secured
- Whether Victoria is the Lead Coordinator
or an Event Specialist assumes this role

- Assist with negotiations and selection
process of professional vendors
- Create a comprehensive event time
schedule
- Confirm contracts and timing of events
with all vendors
- Orchestrate your wedding rehearsal and
organize your wedding party
- Coordinate the wedding ceremony and get
you down the aisle on time
- Manage the timing of events with your
family, wedding party and vendors
- 2 -3 staff at Reception - staff
will package toasting glasses, knife server
set, gifts, etc

or an Event Manager assumes this role
